Faryl Smith | Christmas song and more!

Faryl Smith has been very quiet since her escapade on Britain’s got Talent. Unlike Paul Potts (I thought he was a dictator from Cambodia?) who has been working like a Polish bricklayer, Faryl Smith has been busy working towards getting 9 A stars on her GSCEs. A good think too, Faryl doesn’t want to end up working in a phone shop like Mr Potts. Faryl should still practice her singing and maybe do a few public appearances, probably with her choir, but she should concentrate on her studies and try to live as normal a life as possible. The fame will come when she is a bit older and can enjoy the limelight with the knowledge that she has her qualifications behind her and the name Faryl smith will be on everyone’s tongues.

It’s my bet that Faryl will go on to drama or music school and study music at a serious level as this is a lot more her style than Britain’s got talent. Faryl Smith is a serious singer and needs to be marketed as such. Paul Potts (as good as he is) will never be taken in the same serious light as Bocelli or Pavarotti because he came from Britain’s got talent. Although he is a fantastic singer, at least as good, if not better than Faryl Smith, the marketers will have a hard job to get him seen as anything other than the bloke who won a reality talent show. He may actually get more success abroad and this may be the same for Faryl. She would be better off going to study opera in Rome or Paris and surrounding herself with proper singers. Faryl should certainly stay clear of the pop lot, Simon Cowell etc, as good as he is at his job, being associated with him will position her as a cabaret pop singer rather than the talented opera singer that she is.

So what’s next then for Faryl Smith in her career? Well, it could be that she is actually going to release that duet with Rhydian Roberts. He has been busy planning his album and supposedly working with Faryl on their record. I think it is well known that she is involved with her local choir and this will help to develop her voice and keep her feet on the ground. Most likely, she will have a record out around Christmas and can make a few quid. Can you imagine Faryl Smith sings Walking in the Air? I’m sure it would be great! Well, if it happens, remember you heard it hear first!

The latest Faryl Smith news

Faryl Smith has been living as normal life a as possible since Britain's got talent and working with Rydian Roberts. She has been singing with the choir that she has been a member of for several years and the choir has made the finals of the choir of the year on BBC radio 3. Faryl is still having singing lessons and still being a normal 12 year old girl.

Although Faryl was disappointed not to win Britain's got talent, she knows that she still have time on her side and with a voice like that, she cannot fail to be a superstar. Last year's winner Paul Potts signed a 1 million pound deal with Simon Cowell and also received 100,000 for winning the final. Paul has since recorded many tracks and has even spent some of the money of getting his teeth fixed.

Faryl Smith and burnout

Burn out is a common problem for young stars and we all hope that this will not affect Faryl Smith. At one time, under 30 was considered young but now with footballers and pop stars who are still in their teens regularly hitting the headlines, the pressure on their delicate and still developing minds can be immense. Faryl Smith seems to be a million miles away from Charlotte Church, but let's not forget that she was one a butter wouldn't melt 12 year old too. Let's be clear, I'm not knocking Churchy, I'm just illustrating that we all hold a picture of the child star in our heads when she is now a grown woman and acting as such. Let's hope that Faryl Smith will be allowed to grow up in peace.

The upcoming duet with Rhydian Roberts should help to keep her feet on the ground as Rhydian is a decent and morally sound guy and who will help her to deal with the limelight and hopefully steer her clear of the party lifestyle.

Faryl Smith | Rhydian Roberts The Latest News

Faryl Smith and Rhydian Roberts have not yet confirmed or denied the speculation that their respective debut releases will actually be a duet. The Riddler was said to be recording his album in Sweden last month and their are unconfirmed reports that the duet will be the first offering from the album which is due for release in this year.

Meanwhile, speculation is rife that Faryl Smith is having a full course of voice training lessons from one of the top opera stars in Italy. Locals in the village of Perugia have been thought to have welcomed 12 year old and her family as she tries to keep out of the limelight prior to the debut joint release.

The real reason that Faryl Smith didn't win Britain's got talent...

Faryl Smith didn't win Britain's talent because the people that matter (by that I mean Simon Cowell) wanted to keep her under wraps like they have done with Rhydian Roberts from the X-Factor. Cowell et al know that they both should have won but the winner always seems to go nowhere dut to the tag of being a "reality" show winner. That's exactly why Leona Lewis was kept in a damp bedsit in Ipswich for a year before they let her sing - they wanted the reality thing to die down because she was too good for it, the same goes for Faryl Smith!
Having learned their lesson, it was decided that Faryl Smith was too good to win so they let her dissapear quietly to continue her singing lessons and she is being lined up to do a duet with the riddler.
You heard it here first, Faryl Smith will be releasing a duet with Rhydian!

Faryl Smith didn't win Britain's got talent!

Well Faryl Smith didn't win Britain's got talent! It does seem a bit of a travesty to me but the young lad, George, who won was a very good dancer. It was a shame that they didn't show the interview with Faryl Smith afterwards but I think that she will be ok as Simon Cowell et al have already arranged private singing lessons and they will have the dollar signs in their eyes!

There must be lots of opportunities for Faryl Smith now that she has has some public exposure as everyone was agreed that she had a fantastic voice. Maybe she will be the next Charlotte Church, let's just hope she doesn't end up drunk all the time like Charlotte. There have been a number of child singing stars but not too many who sing opera and achieve such a degree of fame. Let's hope that we see more of Faryl Smith in the next few months and years!

Faryl Smith - Britain's got talent Semi Final Performance

Faryl Smith's performance on the semi-final of Britain's got talent was unbelievable, she she has to win it. Singing like that, and only 12 years old is absolutely unbelievable. I'm sure she will win the final and then who knows? There could be allsorts of things ahead for Faryl Smith, maybe the USA, but she will have to get established in the UK first. Being an opera singer is not every young girl's dream but it so refreshing to hear and see someone so talented and dedicated to her singing. Faryl just finished performing on Britian's got talent and it has to be one of the best ever performances I have ever heard.

With a voice like that, it will be a travesty if she loses as I'm sure that she has what it takes not only to win the final and go on to be a world superstar. Britain's got talent brought fame to Paul Potts last year and now with Faryl Smith we have another potential superstar.

Faryl Smith - Britain's got talent

Will Faryl Smith be the next big star? Will she get that contract with Simon Cowell? Watch this space!! Faryl is the new singing sensation from Kettering who has shot to fame singing Ave Maria on Britain's got talent.

Faryl is only 12 years ond and she'd showed what a great talent she has. I'm sure we'll be seing lots of Faryl over the next few years!
